Process:
We
want you to have employees you can rely on. That's
why Sorrento Staffing® thoroughly screens all candidates
before placing them with our clients. Our screening
process includes an in-depth personal interview
with one of our recruiters on a technical level
which helps us understand the full details of the
candidates' work experiences and capabilities, including
the level and type of technical knowledge and expertise.
We also conduct general and specialized skills tests
for particular positions. We conduct thorough reference
checks at the employer's request to verify prior
employment and to obtain detailed feedback on past
work performance. We can coordinate with the employer,
criminal background checks and pre-employment drug
screening.
