Terms:

At Sorrento Staffing®, our efforts are provided on a contingency fee basis. Our standard fee for this service is 25% of the starting annual salary of the placed individual. If a candidate should leave within 90 days, we will refund the fee or find a replacement candidate. However, if the employee is terminated due to any reason other than performance (i.e. layoff, reorganization, down sizing, etc.), the fee will be deemed earned and will remain payable. The fee applies to any position offered to the referred applicant within a 180-day period from date of referral.

It is our policy to refer candidates solely on the basis of qualifications without regard to race, creed, sex, religion, age, or national origin.
