The Employer:
After
we have received a full job description we will
begin our search. We will compile an information
packet of our carefully pre-screened candidates
for you to review. When you have selected the applicants
you would like to meet we will help arrange interview
times, consulting with you before and after each
interview.
Once
your ideal candidate accepts an offer of employment,
at your request we will provide you with the employee's
background checks (DMV, Social Security, Criminal,
Civil Litigation, and workers Comp.) and our invoice,
payable in full following a one week trial period
of employment.
Our fee is 25% of the employee's first year gross
annual salary. Your investment in a Sorrento Staffing®
candidate begins when a referred candidate is hired
and starts to work. Sorrento Staffing® is
confident that a suitable match can be provided...so
confident that should the employee quit or be terminated,
for any reason, within the first ninety (90) calendar
days, we will provide a 100% replacement for that
position. If the company decides not to replace
that position, a rebate of 1/90 of the fee for any
unused days may be requested, providing the fee
is paid within fifteen (15) days from the starting
date and/or billing date, whichever is the later.
