handle?
We cover all positions in high tech and IT companies.
These include but not limited to engineers of all
types, engineering managers, technicians, and other
professionals such as accountants, procurement specialists,
buyers, etc.
What geographical area do you cover?
We cover all of San Diego County and a large portion
of Orange County.
Are there any fees involved?
All fees are paid by our client companies. There
is no cost to candidates.
How do I get started?
If you are here, there is a good chance that you
have already been contacted. If not, the first step
in the process is to send your resume to us. We
will contact you in turn.
What happens after I send in my resume?
You will be contacted by us. We will arrange a telephone
conversation and discuss the next steps.
Should I send my resume more than once?
There is no need to submit your resume more than
once, unless you would like to update your file
with Advanced.
Will I need to interview with Sorrento Staffing®?
Yes, interviews are required prior to presenting
your resume to a client. We can do this in person
or over the phone to make sure we match you to the
right position and for you to be better prepared.
Will I be informed before my resume is forwarded
to a company?
Yes. We never send a resume without notifying the
candidate first.
Would you help me with my resume?
Absolutely. We have experts who can make recommendations
to improve your resume and make it more readable
and reader friendly.
